This Disclaimer applies to the Seek mobile application operated by Crafted by Fort (Gavin Elliott). By using Seek, you acknowledge and accept the terms set out below.

1. General Information

Seek is provided for entertainment and recreational purposes. The game, its content, scoring system, and all in-app features are designed to facilitate an enjoyable scavenger hunt experience. Nothing in the App constitutes professional advice of any kind.

Game outcomes, scores, leaderboard positions, and badge awards are determined by the App's systems and are final. We do not guarantee that results will reflect any particular level of real-world skill or effort.

2. AI Verification

Seek uses AI-powered image recognition to verify photo submissions. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems are not infallible and may occasionally produce incorrect results — both false positives and false rejections.

All game decisions based on AI verification are final. If a photo is rejected, you are welcome to try again with a clearer, better-lit image. We do not offer manual review of individual submissions.

3. Personal Safety

Seek is a location-based game played in the real world. Your safety is your responsibility at all times. When playing, you must:

• Stay aware of your surroundings at all times
• Follow all local laws, rules, and regulations
• Not trespass on private property or enter restricted areas
• Not put yourself or others at risk in pursuit of a find
• Not play while driving, cycling, or operating any vehicle
• Respect other people and public spaces
• Ensure children are supervised by a responsible adult

Crafted by Fort (Gavin Elliott) accepts no liability for any injury, loss, damage, or legal consequence arising from how you choose to play Seek in the real world.

4. Third-Party Services

Seek integrates with third-party services including Apple (authentication and payments), Supabase (data storage), and RevenueCat (subscription management). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

5. Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep Seek available and functioning well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Hunt content, item prompts, and location-based features are generated dynamically and may not always be perfectly suited to every location or situation. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove content at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crafted by Fort (Gavin Elliott), its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any real-world activity undertaken while playing
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI verification
• Loss of game data, scores, or progress
• Unauthorised access to your account
• Actions of other players

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crafted by Fort (Gavin Elliott) and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these terms, or your conduct while playing.

8. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
